This website is operated by Cali Blogs LLC, a California limited liability company, under its SlyTots brand. Contact us through the Contact Us form. These website terms are for adult visitors and do not ask children to enter a contract. They do not replace an app’s governing license, its product description, Apple’s purchase terms, or rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Website use and intellectual property
You may browse and make reasonable personal-reference copies of website material while retaining ownership notices. Except as permitted by law or a separate license, do not redistribute or commercially exploit our material, infringe another person’s rights, remove ownership notices, or use SlyTots branding in a misleading way. Do not use the site unlawfully, abuse the contact form, introduce malware, disrupt service, bypass security, or access restricted areas without authorization. Fair use and rights granted by applicable law and third-party licenses remain available.
Our original website and app material belongs to Cali Blogs LLC; other material belongs to its credited owners. An app purchase grants a license under its applicable terms, not ownership of the software or artwork.
App license and purchases
Unless a particular App Store listing supplies a verified custom license, a SlyTots app obtained through Apple’s App Store is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Cali Blogs LLC is the application provider for its apps. We do not create a second app contract here. Apple and the applicable agreement govern use and any duties or remedies assigned under that agreement, together with non-excludable law. Check the actual listing for availability, device compatibility, price, and included content.
Purchases and billing are handled by Apple through the App Store under Apple’s applicable terms. For billing questions or refund requests, use Apple’s refund process. This referral does not remove any developer obligation or consumer remedy that applicable law or the governing agreement preserves.
Contact submissions and feedback
The form is for adults. Submit only lawful, authorized information reasonably needed for the request. Do not submit a child’s personal information, unsolicited sensitive or confidential information, infringing material, threats, or abusive messages. We may reject or delete prohibited submissions, subject to applicable law and any narrow preservation duty. Our handling of information actually received remains subject to the Privacy Policy; these rules do not waive statutory privacy or security duties.
You retain rights in material you submit. We may use nonconfidential bug reports and feature ideas reasonably to maintain or improve our software, without acquiring ownership of your material or a right to publish your identity. No submission creates an obligation to implement or pay for a suggestion.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee any particular educational, developmental, or performance outcome. Submitting a question, bug report, or feature request does not guarantee a response within any particular time, a resolution, a correction, implementation of a suggestion, or compensation for a suggestion. We do not guarantee new features, future updates, compatibility with future devices or operating systems, uninterrupted or error-free operation, or indefinite availability or support. Support may be discontinued if SlyTots ceases operating or the app is no longer available on the App Store.
These limitations do not override express commitments in the applicable product description or agreement, or rights and obligations that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit. To the extent law permits, website information is provided as available without additional implied warranties. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or that arose from circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing here excuses a misleading product description. The governing app license and applicable law, rather than this website summary, determine app-specific warranties, duties, and remedies.
Credits
The SlyTots website theme, wordmark, and page illustrations were prepared for this site. The website’s image challenge uses Really Simple CAPTCHA (GPL version 2 or later) and Gentium fonts (SIL Open Font License); required license files remain distributed with the website code. WordPress and hosting components retain their own notices.
Flip & Learn includes original and generated illustrations, Noto Emoji SVGs (Apache License 2.0), Fredoka (SIL Open Font License 1.1), and some CC0 recorded sounds. Bundled narration was prepared offline with Qwen3-TTS; no voice-generation model runs during children’s play. The app’s in-app credits and software-license screens identify shipped components and required notices. Third-party names and marks identify their materials and do not imply sponsorship. For a rights concern, use the Contact Us form with the work and its location, without sending a child’s information.
